PERFORMING BIOPSY:

Under ultrasound guidance

Fine needle aspiration FNA of breast, thyroid, lymph nodes

FNA time :

From Monday to Saturday: Morning from 7am – 12pm, afternoon from 1pm – 7:30pm.

Sunday morning: Morning from 7am – 11am.

Regular GPB result appointment schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 2pm to 6pm.
• Saturday: 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Sunday: no appointment to get results today, appointment to next week.

Schedule for receiving and returning urgent gastrointestinal endoscopy results:

- Urgent gastrointestinal endoscopy GPB form: only accepted before 11am Monday to Friday and results returned before 6pm the same day, no urgent acceptance on Saturday.

Urgent Pap results collection and return schedule:

- PAP sample received before 11am from Monday to Saturday: results returned at 2pm the same day.

- PAP sample received from 11am-2pm from Monday to Friday: results returned before 6pm the same day (except Saturday).

Schedule for receiving and returning results of urgent FNA needle biopsy of breast, thyroid, and lymph nodes:

- FNA sample received before 11am from Monday to Saturday: results returned at 2pm the same day.

- FNA sample received from 11am-5pm: results returned before 6pm the same day (except Saturday).

- Samples received after 5pm will not be returned for urgent results and will be returned for routine results.

You will receive an appointment to get your results after the biopsy, with results available after 3 days or same day if urgent service is requested.

You bring the appointment slip to the laboratory to receive and sign the results. Then bring the biopsy results to see your doctor for advice.
