Symptoms:

• Patients often feel tension, pain on both sides of the head or forehead, dull pain.
• Often occurs when stressed, anxious or sitting in the wrong position.

Treatment:

• Use pain relievers: Paracetamol, Ibuprofen.
• Relax with meditation, yoga, or massage.
• Drink plenty of water and avoid stress.

2. Migraine Headache - Symptoms & Treatment

Symptoms:

• Often has family factors, women are more affected than men.
• Often have migraines, feeling of pulse in both temples.
• Sensitive to light, sound, possibly accompanied by nausea, blurred vision.
• May appear from a few hours to a few days.

Treatment:

• Rest in a quiet, dimly lit space.
