Pathology of peripheral lymph nodes includes malignant lymphadenopathy (malignant lymphoma), cancer metastatic lymphadenopathy, specific inflammatory lymphadenopathy (tuberculous lymphadenitis), or nonspecific lymphadenitis.
Breast pathology: breast cysts, fibroadenomas, fibrocystic changes, breast tumors of unknown nature, etc.
Thyroid disease: thyroid cysts, goiter, goiter of unknown nature,...
→ All of these diseases can be detected quite simply with just one basic test, which is the fine needle aspiration (FNA) test.
- Explain to the patient the procedure, purpose, risks, and benefits so that the patient feels secure and cooperates in doing the test.
Take specimen:
+ Expose the puncture site and disinfect with iodine alcohol.
+Aspirate to get the specimen, bandage after the procedure, the patient sits and rests for about 10 minutes, then goes home immediately.

IV. CONCLUSION:
