INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING MEDICAL EXAMINATION RESULTS
- Step 1: Click on “MEDICAL RECORDS ---> ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS” at the top of the website.
- Step 2:
+ Enter the phone number registered for medical examination.
+ Enter OTP verification code from message.
- Step 3: Check and view customer's health examination information.
- Step 4: Select the date and medical examination category to view the results.
+ Health check information.
+ Prescription.
+ Diagnostic imaging.
+ Check .
