Step 1: Get a number

- Medical staff will measure weight, height, blood pressure,...

Step 4: Doctor examination and consultation
- The doctor will ask about medical history, conduct an examination, and give clinical instructions (if any).

Step 5: Payment
- Pay paraclinical service fee

Step 6: Perform paraclinical indications
- Perform functions: Blood test, X-ray, Endoscopy, Ultrasound
- Receive results

Step 7: Doctor examines, reads and explains results
- Bring all paraclinical results for the Doctor to read results, diagnose, advise, prescribe,...

Step 8: Receive medicine
- Health insurance beneficiaries: Pay the medicine cost (if co-payment occurs), sign the health insurance medical examination record confirmation at the cashier. Receive medicine at the pharmacy counter.
- Hospital fee beneficiaries: Pay the medicine cost at the ground floor cashier. Receive medicine at the pharmacy counter.
